There are some sites that they restrict users to reach websites. For example hulu.com is open for only US viewers. If you are connecting there another part of the world, you have no access to watch the videos. However, you can watch if you know how it is possible.

Ultrasurf is one of the softwares that enables to enter that sites. Actually you can find many softwares like this. Anonymizer, ghostsurf, hotspot shield are just three of them. But i believe ultrasurf is the easiest one to use. Just run the software and then Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, it has only IE support.

I can not guarantee that these softwares 100% gonna work. But they are worth trying. If you don't try you can't know whether it is beneficial or not, do you? :p
